So, I went to my website today, http://uss-shogun.utopia-host.com, and there are random words that have links on them but I didn't put them there. And I can't find the coding anywhere. Help?

Where abouts are you seeing them? Other than the two banner exchanges at the bottom, I can't see anything standing out when I go to your site

It sounds like you have a trojan horse or some other sort of malware/virus. I had something similar to that happen to me some time ago, you will need to run some sort of antivirus program to remove it.
