Image rollover type thing

Okay all you webmonkey type people, I've got a request here for you.

Because SB Destiny is a rather large starbase, it would take me forever and be a general waste of time to go through and list what is on every single deck of the base (Or even just the important stuff). So, what I'm looking at doing is having a list of areas (i.e. Command Center, Habitat Levels, Stardock, etc. etc.) and next to it an image of SB Destiny. When you put your mouse over one of the items on the list, such as Command Center, that section of the starbase lights up/changes color.

I've already got the images that would be used, but I have no clue how to do the coding. I tried googling it, but the only things I could find were talking about css and java. Those two languages are not yet in my repertoire of coding languages and I, unfortunately, do not have the time to learn another language.

Any help that you could provide would be very much appreciated. I could repay you with images for you to use (though I don't do people very well, I am doing quite well with starships and such).

Thanks, for that. Actually, I already have the general stuff taken care of. I had taken stuff from several sites that use the class though. All I'm looking for is a better way to show people where things are.

I've actually been able to find a few other sites with similar things. I think I've got enough of a basic understanding now that I *might* be able to work it out.
