The Klingons have discovered a derelict Borg Cube.
It's crew had been slain by a (now dead) telepathic gestault called a Mogula, but the cube itself is intact.
At this moment, a very aggressive, traditionalist warlord named Risant has set about turning the cube into a 'real war machine'.
Fortress armor, heavy disruptor & torpedo batteries, a legion of troops, squadrons of fighters,... it's a Klingon general's dream come true.
Which one of you lucky starship captains would like to somehow convince the ambitious warlord to share Borg-tech with the Federation?
Lots... of luck to you. (Probably get some leverage by pointing out what would happen if the Borg find out.)
