Ok this is on my mind alot.

Will the R&D Department take care of the Wiki or have a specialized position to handle that??? I know it is not really up to date right now. Also what about getting Commanding Officer's a crash course on using the Wiki???

The tech portions we would, but we need someone who's wiki Savvy.

For the Wiki generally, I'll be in charge of it. As the needs of the wiki grow, I'll build up a specialised wiki team to help maintain it, but the actual content for the most part will be the responsibility of whoever it would fall under (tech pages = R&D, sim pages = CO, etc)
