That's a good point, I always thought (before looking at the designs) that the bridge was 'inside' the ship protected from outside attack. It is pretty much the most important part of a ship. Following that my assumption was that the viewing screen wasn't a direct view into space but more of a video...

Hi, I have a character, Karin Bishop and some have labelled her a Mary Sue, to be honest I can see somewhat how this could be perceived however I was going along the assumption that people tended to things earlier... for instance LaForge was learning quantum mechanics aged 14 and so on and so forth....

I'm not sure I trust a 'freewebs' website there also doesn't seem to be any advantage...and there appear to be a number of constraints that make it less appealing. For one, all the images will look pretty similar. We can't control our input so if we want to take the advertisement down for any reason...

While it's not going to be worked into the core as such, the developer made it but he thinks it is a bad solution. It does however solve the problem.
