I can appreciate noticing that Pegasus Fleet has not really needed it's JAG over the years, and I like the direction of having a tribunal of COs to deal with these matters. However, I highly encourage keeping a someone in the JAG position to oversee the tribunal or to carry out other judicial duties...

Though the Phage we knew may have been cured by the Think Tank, a cure is not always necessarily a cure. Things mutate, and with experimentation someone could make a strain of the Phage resistant to the known treatment/cure. However, I will respect people's not wanting to deviate far off from canon....
