All links as I was rendering at close to HD (blender glitch set it 1 step under for a handful of them).. Here's my latest bits of graphics: Latest: Project Atlantis (just a balcony for an...

Re: Sovereign Class
I second the marines.... to me, the Sovereign just represents the next generation Galaxy Class... It is a large ship, very deadly and capable of long-range travel... To me, science seemed to take a back-seat on the Sovereign... The sovereign is after all a capitol ship, it'd lead forces, it was a fl...

Re: Prometheus Class
Technicality:
The hull names (according to a schematic I did have in a trek magazine... (I will find it)... go "forward" "upper hull" and "lower hull"... Unfortunately, the schematics didn't do deck layout... Just external shots...

Re: Avatar Request Center
Not exactly what I envisoned... NO offense, but he looks like a rabbit....
Eh, beggers can't be choosers.... (at least not until blender is nice enough to spit out a decent looking character (in that, he currently resembles the slime-beast))...

Re: Serenity Modular Transport
Eh, I shoot big, shoot odd and see what actually hits...
Do we have a "bunk" module or "bunker" one yet? (can't hurt to have a flying gun-ship/bunker to retreat to)

Begginning 3d
Well, for TSA every year a few friends and I do a game... (which cannot be posted until at least after nationals)... It's 3d using the lovely init_d3d trick to make a sprite stand-up... Anyway, part of the game was actually done in 3d in blender (by me, with several problems along the way... to make...

Re: Serenity Modular Transport
How about: AWACS: Air Wing Assault Command In the field, its hard to spare a runabout or even shuttle to manage the airborne operations if your away from the ship (or the enemy does something smart like kill that big coms array that is screaming SHOOT ME). After troops hit the deck, this module can ...

Re: Avatar Request Center
Can anyone come up with an image/avatar for this character?

He's pretty much a fish with a long tail... Facially I haven't thought much about what he'd look like... probably somewhere between Riker and Sheppard...

Re: Luna Class
Looks pretty good, but I could see fitting marines on it, even the smaller ships carry a few around even if just for the purpose of extra defense. A squad would seem to fit in as they might not see frequent use, but they would be useful on the ground for away missions and such...
