Oh there is a group called "Geeksquad" and they work within Best Buy over her in the U.S. of A. I have never used them before but I've heard some rather concerning remarks about them.
Plus they cost an arm and a leg to have them even look at your computer.

I didn't get charged for them to look at mine the one time, but their advice on spending money to get a new recovery disk was a load of garbage. I won't go back to them again.

Never go to geek squad. I love them, but only because they get me money when people find out I'll do the same work, faster, and for about 1/4th of what Geek Squad charges
