Suggestion: Uhura Award

I recommend creation of this Sim Award be created to recognize valuable group communication. Players who make the effort to facilitate joint-posts are an essential part of turning sims from a collection of isolated fan fictions into a synergistic collaborative effort. Part coordinator, part cheerleader, anyone can do it. It doesn't have to just be the CO/XO.
