Whoever commands the new SS Baralong needs to verify that the Raven Class is actually what he wants to use. Ship's roster shows a potential crew of 39 on a ship which has emergency evacuation capacity of 15.

Looking at his manifest, I note that largely it hasn't been modified from the base manifest provided by NOVA which assumes a much larger ship class. While you're right, this is most likely just an oversight at this time and - once again - something that should have been brought up privately to me or the CO himself, rather than posting this in a public forum.
