Would you Rather??

Post by Aaron » Fri Aug 05, 2016 3:04 pm

OK So I thought I would try and get some more activity on the Forums by creating a fresh idea for us to interact and get to know each other. So how this will work is I will pose a would you rather question. Anyone that chooses can respond with there chose and why. Then they will pose another would you rather question for the next person to come along......

So would you rather??

Be the richest person on earth and be dumb as can be or Be the smartest person on earth but poor?

Smart and poor.

Smart will help you get out of your situation, whereas being dumb will mean you won't be rich for long. Unless your also lucky... which I guess is where dumb luck comes in ;o)

I would go with Gills. I think it would be much more interesting to explore the depths of the sea.

Favorite non Trek show: Babylon 5 or Seaquest?

Ooooooh. Hard one. I really enjoyed Seaquest... but I think I enjoyed Babylone 5 just a tad more.

So B5!

Basing my answer solely on source material from The Bee Movie, and Ants Life. I am gonna have to go with a BEE BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Would you rather this thread just be between Aaron and GVLB or Have other people join in?

I'd rather have other people join in, because this is a cool idea. XD

Would you rather live one life that lasts 1,000 years or live 10 lives that last 100 years each?

10 lives. I think 1000 years would be lonely.

Would you rather read the book or see the movie?

Easy. Read the book. Reading allows the mind to invent its own characters and personas. Movies confine you to a single train of thought when it comes to a plot or character and often leaves out details that books have due to time constraints.

Would you rather be able to change the past or look into the future?

I think looking into the future would be more fun and less problematic than changing the past and having a butterfly effect.

Would you rather live in a world with no war but mass poverty or a world where everyone has plenty but there are wars?

That's a really tough one. I think I'd rather line in a world where everyone has plenty and there are wars, so long as the wars are along the lines of the Cold War or a war of cyber attacks. If a great deal of human loss comes into play, I'd probably go with poverty because at least that probably wouldn't have the possibility of total world annihilation.

Would you rather have to say everything that comes to mind or not be able to speak ever again?
