Just as an FYI: the PFA did a quick check today and verified that the change to the 3rd had been approved a while book. It looks like it was logged in an old section and the missed on the Constitution. I just updated the constitution to reflect the new rules.

Thanks for finding this error, guys! :) Reports are due by the 3rd! :)
