Re: Monthly Reports
Actually reminders go out through the TFCOs. Previously CFOps used to do it. The deadline is the 3rd.
Re: Monthly Reports
Actually the PF Constitution states they are due from the 26th through the first.
13. Sim COs shall file a monthly report to their TFCO, in the form prescribed by the Integrated Fleet System (IFS), no sooner than the 26th of the month the report is dues for, and no later than the 1st of the next month. (January’s monthly report must be submitted between 26th Jan and midnight on 1st Feb)
Just were I had gotten that deadline from.

Re: Monthly Reports
The third is the last day that they are accepted without receiving any sort of penalty as per CFOPs. If you want clarification or to contest that, please take it up with CFOps and the rest of the Admiralty. If there's confusion, it's probably for the best. CO reports are due by the 3rd, TFCO reports the 5th, Admiralty reports the 7th. Been that way for a long lime.
Re: Monthly Reports
Nothing to Contest I was just stating what the Constitution actually states. I always submit mine on the 26th to get it over with.

Re: Monthly Reports
I'm not sure when the change was made or why it wasn't updated on the Constitution. I've sent in a note to my fellow admirals so we can get it corrected. The idea was to request CO reports on the 31st - 3rd to ensure that they could count all of their posts for the month. Just trying to ensure you have all of the time to get credit for
Re: Monthly Reports
That did happen to me this month I submitted my report and then had four posts finish up before the 31st that didn't get counted... Its no biggie we were well over the Activity requirement.

Re: Monthly Reports
No worries. When your TFCO goes in and does reports, they will double check your posts counts and put any difference in the reports, so you will get credit for any post that comes in between the 1st to the final day of the month. We've got your back.
