Official Skinning Request Thread

Please use this thread for any requests for website skins (SMS, Nova, TRSM, etc). Please use the following format, though you may omit anything not relevant, and add data as desired;

[b]COLOUR SCHEME:[/b] Colour scheme requested
[b]LAYOUT:[/b] Any specific layout requirements, even if 'like this skin'
[b]ADDITIONAL REQUESTS:[/b] Anything specific you would like included in the skin
[b]SKIN ARTIST:[/b] If you have a preferred skinner you want it done by, put their username here
[b]USAGE:[/b] State here if you wish the skin to be used by you and you only, or if the skin may be posted up for any to download and modify
Rules for Skin requests:
1. Submit Requests only in this thread
2. Separate skins require separate posts
3. Do not post skins or hold conversations here. Completed skins can be displayed in a skinner's response topic.
4. Be willing to have an ongoing dialogue with the artist for skin development. Often skins will go through various permutations before the final result is produced.

LAYOUT: Nothing specific
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: Would be useful to have some kind of image of a stardock class in orbit around an earth-like world.
SKIN ARTIST: Anyone willing, really.
USAGE: Free to use but would like Starbase 332 on the skin images

USAGE: Anyone is free to use, but I'd like it to say USS Vesta
