Response to Graphics Request
I assumed because your character is listed as being 31 that you wanted a young Harrison Ford.

Re: Official Graphics Request Post
I use GIMP. It's a complicated process. Basically:
I find a picture of an actor (Google Image search for "Young Harrison Ford").
Find a picture of someone in a trek uniform (From Trekcore's screen-capture gallery).
Resize the images to roughly the correct size.
Use the GIMP Clone and Smudge tools to eliminate as much of the head from the uniform as is necessary.
Use the Paths tool to surround the actor's head, neck and hair.
Hit Select>Select From Path and Edit>Copy -- This copies the head.
Switch to the Uniform pic and hit Edit>Paste>Into New Layer.
Adjust the Layer opacity so that you can see where the images overlap.
Erase the overlap of the actor's neck from the uniform collar.
Do a little gaussian blurring and smudging around the head to make it look a little less fake.
Flatten image.
This is a frustrating thing to learn. Be patient and expect to mess up. Also expect GIMP to crash in the middle of something you're actually doing well, because it does seem to do this an awful lot. It's taken me ages to learn what I was doing.
