Can some one turn these into Avatars... not sure on the collar for the 2nd one, shouldn't it be Yellow since he does engineering work?

I rather like the Trading card style that are on Williams...

Sure, I'll stick 'em in my template. For the R&D Director one, he'd need pips on both sides of the collar, a red collar, and gold piping along the grey neck and zip area of the uniform - Owen, it's up to you if you wanted to do that, or if you'd be fine with me making those alterations.
