OK, so after some pretty heavy modification of the dedication plaque template from ACTD (which to began with looks pretty much the same as Hale's template), here is what I managed to come up with for the Endeavour (bear in mind that the Stardate is incorrect; I'll update it as soon as I know what stardate we're actually launching IC )
