The Tall Man

From: "Phantasm" horror movies.

Tall Man comes from another dimension, and he possesses strange and frightening powers. During the late 20th Century, he came to earth to harvest radically mutated minions (call it an assimilation). Centuries later, he reappeared to once again prey upon thousands more. It would be up to some Starship crew to match wits against this diabolical, reality bending fiend!

As a general rule, I have no interest in horror genre.
However, I channel surfed across Phantasm III (the only one I saw). The villain had such an interesting concept.
24th Century technology might have better luck against him than Reggie the ice cream man's quad-barrel shotgun.
