Fleet Yard Specs?

Is it possible to do Fleet Yards Specs for the various fleet yards around the Federation? I know of several not in the Sol system but in the Tellar system, Antares, and each fleet usually has its own. Is it possible to get specs on these? Or would this fall to my department for something similar to a planet?

Is it also possible to get some ship classes by other races such as Andorian, Klingon, Romulan, etc, so they aren't dead links in the wiki?

I think both of these requests can be done. It actually sounds like they would be a joint R&D/GAC project since these specs would not have a direct effect on player simms. For the other race ships, most of the information like time between refit of deck listings would need to be done since that will rarely come up. In the rare cases where one of those ships are boarded by player characters, I'm sure interior locations can just be made up with no ill effects.
