In Second Skin, Kira told a Cardassian who had kidnapped her that 30-40 thousand Federation personnel were stationed on DS9. I doubt that there would be that many fewer people there. Probably around 10000 personnel total.

As I run one of the Nor Classes in the Fleet, I read, re-read, and then reviewed the specs carefully. I really like them, they seem to be well put together. I think, in my own opinion, some of the deck listing needs "some" help..

But overall, a big thumbs up !

The deck listings need a lot of help. There just isn't much in canon to help with that. As for the number of personnel, even 10,000 seems way too high to me. Compared to the Stardock and Ethereal classes, the Nor class is not very big. It will have considerably less people on board. Memory Alpha suggests a crew of 300 to 2000, with a max capacity of 7000. My list is already more than that with the 5000 civilians.

This has been open for a while. Are there any more comments? No one has commented on my response regarding the personnel, and no body has offered any suggestions about the deck listing. Are there any comments, or is it safe to approve this one?

Works for me then. I'll start working on getting it promoted. I still have a busy weekend ahead of me, but I'll see what I can get done before the meeting on Sunday.
