Special Announcement - New Academy Commandant

Hi everyone!

Today I am excited to announce that we have a new Academy Commandant. Please welcome to the PFA Rear Admiral Niamh Devane, or as most of you probably know her, Amethyst! Amethyst brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position, as well as a detailed plan for how the Fleet can better serve our commanding officers and members through the Pegasus Fleet Academy. She has previously served the Fleet as an Academy instructor and the TF56 Commanding Officer, which she will continue to hold in the interim. Amethyst also commands the USS Astraea.

Congratulations, Admiral, and welcome to the team. We’re looking forward to working with you and seeing where your leadership takes the Academy!
