New Chief of Fleet Operations

Hi everyone,
I'm pleased to announce that we have selected our new Chief of Fleet Operations. Please welcome Rear Admiral William Kelly to the PFA. Admiral Kelly, also known as Zerin, may be relatively new to being a commanding officer, but he has a strong drive and passion for the Fleet. His excitement for the position and for Pegasus Fleet makes him a great candidate for this position, and I'm excited to be working with him.
