New Sim Welcome - Deep Space 3

One of my favourite parts of being Chief of Fleet Operations is moments like these when I get to announce that a new sim is being added to our community.
Deep Space 3 is a Stardock class station commanded by Colonel Tobias Bishop III ( @CmdrLanc - DS3 CO ) and will be joining us in Taskforce 37.
