LOCATION: WRS-XI - North West of Galactic South
WRS-XII - South East of Galactic South

HISTORY: As vessels were found to be out in Galactic South more often, Starfleet decided to commission two resupply stations for vessels operating on the edge of known Federation territory.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: These stations are designed with the sole intention of being NPC stations to be used by vessels out in Galactic South who need to put in for repair or resupply. They may, of course, be used as Shore Leave locations and/or battle waypoints but the stations are merely there as a point of reference to avoid the need for multiple Starbases in the area.

I think it would be good to establish the supply bases, but I would prefer that we list the specs from our own site. I'll adapt (probably mostly copy) the specs from the link you provided so that we can add them to our list.

I like and approve of the idea of having these stations, but I think that if they're to be a GAC Article or such on the wiki, then each of the stations would need significant expansion upon...
