Here is the article with as much as I can do. I left two of the Divisions to Alex since they are under her purview rather than the GAC. They are R&D and Warp Technology Division. Like I said, those fall under R&D, not GAC. If Alex wants to tear up the Divisions and do them herself, I have no objections. Let me know what you guys think!

Those two sections have been filled in by the Deputy of R&D. It is now ready for consideration.
