Greetings my fellow Fleeters,

As you all know we here in the Personnel Department have been working hard to try and come up with new awards that are unique to Pegasus Fleet.

What we ask from you the members of Pegasus Fleet is, What kind of award would you like to see being utilized or like to see be used here. If you have ideas post them here or contact myself at ddpr@pegasusfleet.net or Admiral Collins at dpr@pegasusfleet.net

I think one I would like to see with us going to multiple task forces would be nice to see the ship captains as part of their monthly report they nominate a player of the month and then the TFCO reviews the nominees and comes up with a Task Force player of the month. Make it an award that can only be won once every calendar year and than in December you take the previous 11 months of Task force winners and the PFA (PFEC) picks a player of the year.
