New Award Ideas
Hi all!
I was playing around with some award ideas previously, so I figured I'd post them here. These are all going into play on the Nicholson:
==((These awards replace the 1month, 3month, etc awards))==
Mission Star (Bronze) - Successful completion of 1 mission
Mission Star (Silver) - Successful completion of 5 missions
Mission Star (Gold) - Successful completion of 10 missions
Mission Star (Gold/Saphire) - Successful Completion of 15 missions
==((Standard Monthly Awards))==
Exemplary Courage - For showing exemplary courage in the face of danger
George Kirk Medal of Honor - Award posthumously to those that died in the line of duty
Christopher Pike Ribbon - Service beyond the call of duty
Exploration Medal - Awarded for the discovery of a new place or spacial anamoly
Technology Ribbon - Awarded for inventing or discovering something significant to further the technological advancement of the fleet.
Onyx Star - One of the most prestigeous awards in Star Fleet at this time. Reserved for only those who have exhibited outstanding performance and bravery beyond the call of duty in any field.
Medal of Service - Awarded to those who "save the day". The crew members who come up with a plan or course of action to safely end a mission will receive this award.
==((Long Service Awards. Awarded only once))==
Departmental Commendation: Science - For outstanding service as a Science Officer
Departmental Commendation: Medical - For outstanding service as a Medical Officer
Departmental Commendation: Operations - For outstanding service as an Operations Officer
Departmental Commendation: Engineering - For outstanding service as an Engineering Officer
Departmental Commendation: Security - For outstanding service as a Security Officer
Departmental Commendation: Command - For outstanding service as a Commanding Officer
Departmental Commendation: Flight Control - For outstanding service as a Flight Control Officer
Departmental Commendation: Aerospace - For outstanding service as a Aerospace Officer
Departmental Commendation: Marine - For outstanding service as a Marine Officer
Thoughts? Opinions? I'd love to hear feed back. And feel free to steal any. I'll post the graphics for these as I make them.

Re: New Award Ideas
I like what you have but we've decided to do away with the Departmental Awards because a lot of CO's don't use them and tend to be mis-used.

Re: New Award Ideas
I'd like to see them without the PF on the images.

Re: New Award Ideas
If you want to use the departmental awards on your own ship that is fine. A lot of ships use there own Sim Awards as well.
