Where can I find a history of who got what award? Specifically sim of the month awards

You can find those awards on the DPM Website. However it hasn't been updated recently.

Also to see who has received all the other awards simply go to the fleet's main website ---> Awards. Then click the award you want and it will show who received those awards.
