Slightly odd question about applying to bring a sim to PF

I can find lots of references for how to apply to create a new sim in PF, but I can't really seem to find any information on how to do this.

If you're looking to bring an existing sim into Pegasus Fleet, you can do so by submitting a Sim Application. You can find the link under "Apply" on the main navigation bar at the top of the site, or you can go
