Previous CMNDR of the Poseidon

Hello!
After a lengthy hiatus I have returned. At the end of 2016 I contacted a Mr. Williams, one of your admins, concerning my situation. I had some issues to tend to and I returned to the road as a Truck Driver. I finished my desired tour and at the middle of 2017 was involved in a near-fatal accident. I have since recovered and, after an additional year on the road, decided to come off and pursue greater pastures. I have become reinvolved in Star Trek Online and I remember I had, at one point, a Miranda-class on here I was dedicated to. I also remember what Williams said to me about returning, if it still applies?
I understand much time has passed, but I'd love to undelete my character named Gregory Paladin and, if possible, pursue the USS Poseidon again. How may I be able to do this?
