Two new COs!

Everyone, I'd like to welcome two COs who have decided to come to the command table here at Pegasus Fleet.

The first is Commander Jaydyn Reid, who is taking command of the USS Casey!

The second is Captain Suvaal, who is taking command of the USS Praxis! The player behind Suvaal was formerly the CO of the Livonia, so has returned at their former rank of Captain.
