New Starbase!

Everyone, I'd like to welcome aboard our newest starbase sim - Starbase 713, run by Commander K'trelan! I'm still working on the graphics to put on the ship listings, so that will go up shortly, but in the meantime please give your usual warm welcome!

Yes, it was abandoned after the Dominion war. Thanks, hopefully the pylons remain intact if not K'trelan will have to assume his form job and repair her with Duct Tape. :D
