On this date I hereby promote Commander Taiga Aisaka of the USS Toyko to the rank of Captain with all responsibilities and privileges therein! Furthermore, I am pleased to see the overall progress that she has made with the Toyko since taking command earlier this year. Therefore, I am pleased to announce that Commander Aisaka shall be known as Captain!
