Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
Sounds good...For now the Praxis will be taking an indirect role in the arc as we are dealing with the race we're developing known as the Alveare.

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
It is going to be hard for the Tomcat to get involved as it is set in 2392 one year ahead of the rest of pegasus fleet. It was this way since before I brought the Tomcat into the fleet.
So sadly my sim will be unable to take part in the tf11 storyline.

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
How far into 2392 are you? The fleet will be moving into 2392 in January (and will stay in that IC year for 2 OOC years), so there's still a chance you may be able to join us on it - just perhaps not in the opening stages.
Also, the new thread with the more developed option 1 is here: http://forums.pegasusfleet.net/viewtopi ... =52&t=2779

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
10th of March 2392 well now in 16 Jun 2392, the sims day and month are the same as real life, but just in 2392.
So in my sim the Stardate is 239206.16 (This is how I configure my Stardates)
e.g.
2392 - 2015
2391 - 2014
etc
So 2016 will be in my Sims Stardate 2393

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
I don't know if this is useful to the story-arc or not, but Harbinger is currently engaging a 'cousin' race to the Gorn, the Venzarians. (homespun species)
It wouldn't be too much of a stretch for Starfleet to send Harby in for some sort of covert action involving Gorn space. (After the next mini-mission.)
I found this handsome mug for Venzarians.

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
Sorry, I am coming to the discussion so late. Holidays, work, etc, etc.
I am glad we are not doing 2. It is difficult to be a Klingon ship with a part human crew when there is conflict between Feds and Klingons. How do we support the Empire and stay as part of the Fleet?
The thing I find intriguing with 3 is this; House Matlh has traditionally allied with the Romulans against the Federation. We backed Durass during the civil war and were involved in covering the Romulan involvement in Khitomer and Narendra. It could well be that my ship and crew come down in support of this new Anti-Gorn offensive, even when Romulan involvement is discovered.
From our point of view, we SHOULD be fighting the Gorn, and it took the Romulans to point it out.

Re: Task Force Story Arc Options
A funny thing about this story arc. Gregory Paladin was in a relationship with a Gorn Officer during the Dominion War, to put it bluntly. The "fling" was short and brief, perhaps a year or two, but he had ended up failing to save her during a Jem'Hadar raid. Regardless, he's more than likely to stay out of any "offensive" dealing with Gorn. I venture the line of work he's undertaking right now will continue, regardless of the duress.
Of course, my storyline has started during December of 2392, and is continuing through the 13th of said month. I'm unsure I'm even around the proper timeframe to participate even if I could.
