The Chief Engineer slot has been filled.

I have 3 Department Head posts still open, but they are fighter Squadron Commanders and one of those has to be a Klingon, I have plenty of Deputy posts still available.

Just for Info:

A Department Head comes in at Lt. Jg (Fleet) 2nd Lt for MCO
A Deptuty Dept Head comes in as Ensign, unless they are being reassigned by the admiralty.
