It gives me a great deal of pleasure to announce a new promotion from amongst the ranks of our COs today, and that promotion is for Commander Ravi Azad of the USS Harbinger!
Commander Azad took command of the Harbinger following the departure of the sim's original commander, Captain Callaghan in November last year, and the Harbinger has been doing quite well considering in the six months since.
So, I am pleased to announce that Commander Azad is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain, with all the rights and privileges that includes. Congratulations Captain!
